Work with Order to Cash Process Lead and Customer Interaction Team Leader to adopt common business processes and standardisation. Make recommendations and contribute to expanding K-C"s knowledge base such that clients and ITS developers have the information to implement effective solutions. Assist in process area design for SAP SD&LE to ensure system integrity and robustness of solution to meet business requirements Lead smaller projects on own and with other process/technical areas by developing project plan and managing project tasks to ensure that objectives are accomplished within prescribed scope and schedule Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results. Provide functional and technical assistance to ITS team members as required and assist in building talent within ITS team across functional and technical business processes. Maintain SAP and process expertise through self-directed study, contacts, and conferences. Participate in virtual teams when required. Execute effective formal and informal communication techniques in order to report status, solve problems, make recommendations and publish standards and directions. Specific responsibilities: Provide expertise in SAP Sales&Distribution, Logistics Execution&Business Warehouse modules across Asia Pacific with minimal internal assistance. Provide second level support to business units for SAP incidents; change request or smaller projects. Lead or participate in activities for Sales and Distribution module area, e.g. during project blueprints and change requests. Develop and maintain effective regional and global networks and communication forums to discuss common SAP business practices and learning"s and clearly communicate outcomes and opportunities to leverage best business process design and improvements across KC regions. Update collaboration knowledge repository with details of contacts and outcomes for team reference. Assist in the change Request process to ensure integrity of design and robustness of solution to meet business requirements and IT KPIs. Be able to work with peers located in different offices, countries and time-zones. Position may involve travel throughout the Asia-Pacific region (average 10-20 percent) to implement and support the SAP system. Able to communicate succinctly and clearly across Asia Pacific with stakeholders, business partners, peers and team members ×ʸñÒªÇó Qualification Required £º What are currently the most challenging, difficult or complex parts of the work? The development of consistent SAP system solutions for business requirements across a culturally-diverse region. What challenges will the position face in the future? Implementing regionally consistent business solutions across a landscape comprising around 14 countries. Upgrading our 4.6C SAP systems to ECC. Minimum Qualifications University Bachelors degree A Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant Order to Case (Sales&Distribution) experience or 4 plus or more years of applied experience with demonstrated skills in relevant SAP modules (SD, LE) Essential Fluent business English (oral/written) communication skills, Desirable Consulting or ITS support background Second language skills in either Mandarin or Hangul. Asia Pacific Regional Exposure Competencies/strengths? Good written and verbal English communications skills. Works well in team environment and can work autonomously. Good problem solving abilities, particularly in SAP technical area Good business process knowledge in Sales, distribution, Materials management and accounting.
