Along with Purchase Manager to visit and maintain relationships with key consumers. Refine market map and the understanding on cost structure, volume, operating rate and behaviors for local supply and swing supply. China Methanol Demand Understanding: Clarify Company"s understanding of China demand by derivatives and swing demand and inventory capacity in China. Along with Purchase Manager to visit and maintain relationships with key suppliers. Refine market map and the understanding on cost structure, volume, inventory and behavior for China demand. Competitors Understanding: (1) Closely track China import and export activities and define the impact to international market. (2) Understand on an ongoing basis the sales of other international competitors and the impact on Company. Develop a clear understanding of competitors" decision drivers, competitive advantage, vulnerability, key and target customers and strategy. Develop the China market analysis. Assist with the development of key customer and competitor profiles. Keep MIS accurate and on live for China portion. Job requirements: Critical: Must have University degree or above. 2+ years working experience functioning in Marketing Intelligence/research. Hold very good and logic communication skills both in Chinese and English. Must speak and write fluent English. Must have the business acumen to understand and affect the industry structure in China. Have analytical mind. Need proven ability to build relationships and obtain critical information. Nice to have: Proven team players. Ability to self manage.
