This person will also lead specific initiatives, including automating reporting and implementing financial processes and controls. The position will work with many departments, including Retail, Operations, Accounting, and HQ Finance. Specific areas of focus will include: Reporting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, including online traffic, sales, Gross Margins, Contribution Margins, vendor metrics, and Inventory. Automating existing reports and driving the development of new metrics Participating in the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces Researching and solving reporting variances and implementing process controls Assisting Business Team and product line Financial Analysts with detailed analysis as needed, including retail management, treasury, inventory, etc. Job Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in finance, accounting, or business administration. Master’s degree a plus. 1 to 3 years of relevant analyst experience Strong proficiency in using Excel is a must. Proficiency in Access and SQL as well as some experience in using Oracle and Cognos is a plus.
