Responsiblities Search suitable candidates according to the client requirement Contribute to the attraction of candidates, interview and test candidates Source suitable candidates and brief each on the opportunities offered by the client Involved in some BD activities working with the Senior Consultant/ Consultant to get more businesses In some cases to visit client to build up good relationship and has more understanding to client needs Daily communication with client to track the client feedback and updated information Manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond. Requirements With natural interest for working with people, helping people and connection people Good communication skills and the ability to handle multitask Solid people skills, team player, persistent Above College degree At least 1 year relevant work experience in manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in chemical related.
