Influence and manage co-operation with other teams in the organization; SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Directs multiple teams that are responsible for iflex Product management&development in China Creates hiring profiles and perform recruiting/ training programs to build the team; Project management of development initiatives. Working closely with Product Management and other product leaders to define the product requirements. Working closely with Architects/Dev Manager to ensure that the designs meet the tactical and strategic needs of the organization. Drives continuous improvement at the individual and team level. Regular communication on the progress of the initiatives. Build internal development process to increase team’s performance and put effort to improve the process continually Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Requires ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Requirement Preferred Qualifications: BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. Core banking software development is a plus. l 5+ years leading an organization of 25 or more engineers focused on commercial software development projects. l 5+ years of hands-on development experience on large complex commercial software system. l Excellent coaching and people development skills. l 5+ years of project management with a demonstrated history of delivering product releases to market. Detailed knowledge and proven experience with project, schedule, scope and risk-management techniques. l Experience in the entire product lifecycle. l Strong verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. l Strong team-building and influencing skills, with a track record of creating focus and momentum in organizations. l Capable of exceptional leadership, communication and decision making skills in a complex and evolving environment. l Possess exceptional judgment as it applies to technical, strategy and business issues. l Ability to develop and grow a strong development team.
