Job Description HP Software Engineer is responsible for software development, including design, documentation, development, testing, and technical support. He/she works in a software team under the direction of a project manager/lead This job also includes: - Provide tech consultant and bug fixing services to Support team if required. - Theoretical and practical understanding of technology and methodology in designing software solutions. - Coordinate with other offshore or onsite team members and deliver high quality production on time. Requirements - Bachelor degree or above holder in Computer Science or Engineering related area - At least 3 years industry working experience with - Good understanding of J2ee architecture: EJB (Session, Entity, Message, CMP, BMP), JDBC, JNDI, JMS. - Experienced in J2EE application server, eg Weblogic - Good at XML Concepts and related development skills. - Familiar with: J2EE Design Patterns, System designing (Rational Rose, UML), SQL. Weblogic workshop, Web Services, WSDL, UDDI, SOAP. - Fluent verbal and written skill in English. - Strong communications and interpersonal skills. - Experience in leading projects and team is a plus - Good understanding of CMM processes is a plus 联系方式： .
