Job descrption: - Responsible for consulting with internal customers in understanding their business needs and priorities. - Develops and delivers learning solutions to enhance the capability of the telesales agents, enabling them to identify and develop new business opportunities in the Consumer, SMB and Enterprise segment. - Works with product managers from business units to develop and schedule new product introduction training, bootcamp and etc. - Applies subject matter knowledge to address training and technical support challenges and provide guidance to knowledge and process improvements - Ensure training are delivered as planned and achieve target quality score - Develops the technical support team capability to handle complex product configuration and solutions - Perform skills and knowledge assessment and analysis of telesales and technical support team and develop improvement plan to close their performance gaps. - Leads and manages a project team in standardizing processes across multiple contact centers. Requirements: - Bachelor"s degree with at least 5 years experience in presales or product support or equivalent diploma with relevant experience. - Strong knowledge on IT technology, PCs, Printers, Servers and Storage Devices, Operating Systems, etc. - Requires 3 years of demonstrated facilitation and consulting skills - Experience in developing and delivering sales and technical training - Experience in project management and leading cross functional team - Excellent English language communication and proficient in one other language in an international business environment. - Call Center exposure will be added advantage.
