职位类别： 通信技术 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-01-11 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Duties : Development of highly integrated RF transceivers for wireless communications such as Bluetooth, WiFi and UWB applications in RF-CMOS technology; Perform circuit design, simulation and integration of RF building blocks including LNA, mixer, VCO"s, I-Q modulators, amplifier, filters and PLL"s; Perform physical layout of RF circuit, floor planning of RF designs and RF IC Packaging, including parasitic extraction, post route simulations and RF ESD PADs; Conduct laboratory testing, debugging and validation of RF modules and RF boards; and Assist RF module and system Engineering in architectural development, including specifications for RF building blocks, interface between RF and Digital Modules, RF Module control mechanism (channel hopping, frequency setting, transmission power adjustment, etc. ) , and assist the development of digital base-band signal processor. Requirements : Bachelor degree or above in Electrical and Electronics Engineering required; 1+ year"s RF working experience and/or Analog-Mix-Signal IC Design required for Bachelor or Master degree holder, not required but preferred for PhD. holder; Extensive experience in the fundamental concepts and the design of highly integrated RF circuits; Strong knowledge of physical RF design requirements; Knowledge in MMIC physics is a plus; Hands-on knowledge of RF tools for circuit design, schematic capture, communications system analysis, PCB layout and electromagnetic analysis; Hands-on experience with wideband, low power RF, RX and TX chain design and implementation; Familiarity with digital modulation techniques, wireless communications systems, antennas and radiation theory is a plus; and Knowledge of A/D converters, mixed-signal design and digital control logic is a plus. 工作地点：香港特别行政区 联系方式： Applicants should be made in letter form (quotating position and reference number) together with a full resume giving details of personal particulars, education and qualifications, areas of expertise, work experience, present and expected salary, c o ntact address and telephone number.
