Essential Duties n Achieve marketing and sales goals in the designated area n Product specification through Designer n Co-ordinate project management in Beijing Area n Ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: n Previous experience at similar level in building material industrial is preferred, familiar with the product specification n Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, gained with successful companies in building material or related industries. Good product sales experiences is a must n Sound knowledge of the China market and familiar with other markets in the Asia Pacific Region n Top notch sales sense. While being creative and growth oriented, he/she must have the ability to develop sound, realistic and cost-effective marketing campaigns. Good commercial acumen is a must n A strategic thinker and planner who is self reliant and determined, with the ability to transform strategies into actions and ensure their successful implementation on a regional wide basis n A positive, mature, team oriented and dynamic person who is hands on, flexible and has a management style that can work effectively with people at all levels; He/She should also be able to command respect both internally and externally n Good customer service attitude and excellent influencing skills.
