Ensure goal alignment and collaboration between responsible BU and Sales, commercial marketing, Vertical, OEM, and Market Access Teams. Manage and monitor business financial performance ( order/ shipment / margin). Provide feedback and guidance to Product Manager and commercial marketing team for annual commercial plan. Make joint sales calls with Account Managers for strategic accounts/ opportunities. OVERSEE Support and monitor the implementation of business plan in local region with assigned FBL team. Develop and implement pricing strategy for the assigned BU in the country through the Product Manager and Pricing Manager. Provide linkage to Corp BU re market / product&competitive feedback; product development / enhancement; issues like quality and delivery..
