Provide management with appropriate visibility into process tools being used by the project teams. Deliver training to staff in using process tools. Work with regional and organisational process improvement staff in putting in place improvement standards, and implementing process initiatives in Beijing. Proactively identify improvements for process tools. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related fields. At least 3 years of software development experience. Strong knowledge of software development life cycles. Understanding and appreciating the business benefits of process improvement. Experience in programming in VBA, C++, Java, J2EE, Oracle/other database and web applications. Experience in delivering process training. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
