Cooperate with global sales team to develop and create the new business opportunities with strategic customers in China. 2. Present new TRW Automotive Active and Passive Safety system concept to OEM customer in China 3. Prepare the Project Summary and coordinating the pre-project screening with China Sales organization. 4. Present business opportunities to top management and support top management decision. 5. Coordinating in total vehicle level quote packages with cross-functional teams. 6. Price negotiation with OEM customer and try to get contract signed with customer. 7. Support commercial issues of program management. 8. Support the sales team from TRW JV and plant to improve the account management with strategic customers Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above with Business Management or Trading Bachelor degree in automotiv engineering/mechanical 2. 3-5 years experience in multinational company, with strong sales experience, preferred in Automotive background 3. Background in customer contract negotiations resolving commercial quality delivery issues; 4. Familiar with customer quotation processes and be able to develop close relationship with customer to maintain account profitability; 5. Proficient mastery of both oral and written English; 6. Strong interpersonal communication skills; 7. Excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; 8. Mature and responsible; 9.
