职位描述(Job Descriptions) Supervisor(主管) Job Description(工作职责)： 1．To define work order priority according to line capability. 根据生产线的生产能力及S/O 的优先顺序，合理安排Kit 料及生产。 2．Allocate resources to specific lines and OT arrangements. 合理分配资源给各具体的生产线及控制加班。 3．To ensure correctness of line layout and process flow. 确保生产线按工艺流程及地面区划正确排拉。 4．To monitor materials/Equipment/testers/tools using,WIP control&NSR closing. 监控生产线的物料/设备/测试机/机器/工具的使用，WIP 及NSR. 5．To monitor production output,cycle-time and quality of products built. 监控生产线的出货，生产时间和品质。 6．Daily production reports&weekly summary report.Maintain good housekeeping.Strengthen discipline control. 每日向上级报告生产状况及做周报给上司。保持良好的纪律及确保工作环境整洁。 7．Use of SPC tools for continuous improvements. 应用SPC工具不断改善工作的质量。 8．To ensure correctness of rework way and material/goods identification. 确保生产线的返工方法/程序及货物的标识正确。 9．Monitor new products launch&work with engineers to settle problem. 密切监控新产品的生产中出现的问题并及时跟工程师一起去解决问题。 10. Monitor and stimulate line morale.Multi-skills leader development. 监控并及时鼓舞员工士气。培训拉长，开发并提高其多方面的能力。 11. Provide enough data to boss&ask him/her for decision making if there is any pull-in&S/O past due,or rework quantity is bigger than 500pcs. 如果有Pull-in, S/O past due 或者返工数量超过500pcs,必须及时提供充足的资料/数据给上司作决定。 12. Floor safety. 协同其他主管做好楼层安全工作。 .
