职位类别： 商务/采购/贸易 工作地点： 深圳 发布日期： 2008-01-08 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 管理经验： 否 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: -Work with the WW Procurement team in establishing project plans, deliverables and priorities. -Take functional direction from Sr. Procurement Manager: Logistics, Warranty&Packaging in San Jose. -Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities, best practices, elimination of waste and other opportunities to reduce any overall costs for HGST while maintaining or approving quality of service. -Perform complex data analysis when needed to identify optimum supplier choices or contract improvements. -Provide procurement support for all clients in Asia answering questions on cost, contract requirements and chronic performance issues. -Negotiate contracts as needed with logistics providers and support amendments and extensions when needed. -Identify and evaluate new logistics suppliers both as a member of a sourcing team and also as a part of an ongoing effort to continuously improve the quality of our suppliers. -Research and summarize PO and Req. data as required to support procurement analyses of business activity. -Support the resolution of payment problems with Logistics Suppliers to ensure we maintain excellent credit rankings. -Support the Supplier Performance Review process for Logistics suppliers by assisting with preparation, assembly, presentation and follow up. -Finalize the Data built and work with the WW Procurement in loading the data in procurement system(SAP, P+, E2Open) for suppliers in the Logistics, Packaging and Warranty commodities -Provide training to requestor and procurement team on Procurement system (SAP, P+, E2Open). -Contact supplier location and work with E2Open to establish user ID for requester. -Provide training to suppliers on E2Open functions (Downloading PO/Creating Invoice/Reporting). -Enable suppliers in E2open. -Manage contracts in COLT including creation, execution, contract management and closure. Prevent expired agreements from occurring. -Support and control procurement department’s activity to comply with an appropriate Company and Procurement procedure and guidelines; WW Procurement Policies and Business Process Control, as well as improve process efficiency and quality. Qualifications: -Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a related field with preference for formal Procurement and Supply Chain studies. -8 to 10 years of progressively more responsible positions in Logistics and Procurement. -Minimum of 5 years experience in China and Hong Kong Logistics and Procurement. -Experience with logistics marketplace and regulations across Southeast Asia and India is a plus. -Experience as a key contributor developing transportation agreements in all modes of transportation with proven strength in Air Freight. -Familiarity with 3PL activities such as warehousing, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) facilities and Value added Services (VAS). -Ability to structure, create, negotiate and execute logistics contracts for complex global, regional and local services. -A strong track record of identifying and delivering cost reductions while maintaining or improving required service levels and supplier performance. -Strong sourcing background showing skill in proposal development, execution and analysis leading to the choice of the best suppliers for the given scope of work. -Ability to work effectively within a multi-national company and within a global team to support the goals of the organization while working remotely. -Thorough familiarity with China and Hong Kong Import, Export and Customs regulations as well as logistics into and out of tax free zones such as EPZs ands FTZs. -Possess an effective working knowledge of business and logistics licensing practices in China to support evaluations of supplier capabilities and restrictions. -Ability to communicate effectively in English; both written and spoken. -Ability to manage very large data sets and distil them into useful information from which to identify trends. opportunities or problems. -Ability to support logistics operations teams and mitigate supplier performance problems to ensure network performance and customer satisfaction remain very high. -Ability to relate with, and negotiate effectively with very large logistics providers and manage activities in support of a globally respected shipper. -Working knowledge of the China logistics marketplace including the ability to recommend, develop and screen suppliers for new projects as needed. -Ability to communicate persuasively upward, downward and laterally throughout a large organization both verbally and in written form&work effectively across may disciplines such as Finance, IT, legal etc. This includes the ability to communicate at the executive level. -This position requires travel inside China, Southeast Asia and occasionally to the USA.
