职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 深圳 发布日期： 2008-01-07 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 管理经验： 否 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: 1.Participate in the definition/customization/adoption of the Flextronics Product Development Process (PDP) for FPS, and provide training to engineering teams 2.Manage engineering projects to ensure that PDP disciplines are followed 3.Function as the primary contact window, bridge and point of escalation, between the engineering team and various other teams through the duration of the project, and ensure that appropriate information is communicated to the appropriate functions in a timely manner 4.Provide engineering liaison between customers and Flextronics engineering teams during product development; clarify, negotiate and present customer objectives and requests; define overall project strategy and schedule to meet customer requirements 5.Identify requirements of engineering resources, prototype build resources and budgets for engineering projects, and coordinate, facilitate and ensure the effective utilization of these resources 6.Effectively manage all of the cost elements (including development cost and BoM cost) to ensure the financial viability of the project 7.Maintain project schedules for all phases of the projects, and follow up on action plans 8.Track project milestones, deliverables and metrics, provide timely reporting and updates, maintain Project Issues Log, and host weekly project team meetings 9.Organize project reviews at appropriate checkpoints, and escalate critical issues to management attention when appropriate 10.Enforce disciplines and safeguard the integrity of engineering projects by ensuring that critical requirements, deliverables, commitments and milestones are fulfilled at every phase of the project 11.Coordinate sample builds and qualification tests appropriate for each phase of the project 12.Coordinate/support customer visits and reviews during product development 13.Identify gaps and make recommendations regarding resources and training 14.Capture lessons-learned for continuous improvements Requirements: 1.An Engineering Degree (Process, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical); MBA a plus 2.5+ years experience in managing multiple projects and teams with a successful track record in a fast paced, global environment 3.Experience with product development and industrialization of power supply products desirable 4.Strong abilities to communicate, lead, manage and motivate teams to influence outcome 5.Strong skills in conflict resolution and in managing competing demands 6.Strong desire and commitment to win 7.Computer skills necessary for project management 8.Strong presentation skills Please send your resume to: jobs.hr3@cn.flextronics.com 联系方式： jobs.hr3@cn.flextronics.com .
