IP includes but is not limited to drawings, routings, manufacturing processes, supplier lists, costs, prices, strategies, training programs, employee data/lists, quality procedures, schedules, etc. Coordinate the maintenance and certification of the Joy Global China Quality Management System. This will include the related certification activity and coordination of a national audit program to provide visibility of procedural compliance. A key part to the successful internal strategy in IP is a very detailed audit program. Work closely with the senior management of all departments at Joy Global China and abroad to report on results of audits and to facilitate corrective and preventative actions. Develop and maintain relevant Chinese relationships to monitor and influence legislation and practices of governmental and non-governmental entities that influence control of IP. Education and Qualifications Degree in technical or Business highly desired. Experience in equipment manufacturing industry desired High communication skills required.
