Job Summary: Work with foundry and material manufacturers to develop manufacturing process for x-ray detector. Qualifications: PhD, semiconductor physics 2 - 5 years in semiconductor design and manufacturing (CCD, CMOS, TFT) Experienced in vacuum processes.
