In charge of the store daily operations 2. In charge of the shop staff recruitment&roaster plan of stores 3. Motivate the shop staffs by providing different kind of incentives 4. Improve the staff cross selling skills 5. Fully responsible for the shop visual merchandising display 6. To take care of the goods replenishment&logistic issues 7.
