职位描述(Job Descriptions) Job Duties: - Supervise a team of QC and IQC Inspectors - Set procedure for dept and set fabric inspection methods per Mattel standard - Problem shooting at quality issue. Job Requirements: - University Graduates, major at manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering - - Good command of English - Good computer skills and communication skills - Good coaching and supervising skills - Passion, courage, mature and team spirit - 5-7 years’ relevant experience or equivalent and 2 years or above in supervisory role .
