Consult with key business users in the supplier performance management process. Conduct to develop a global Mine sourcing database for all purchased equipment. Monitor sourcing procedure to ensure smooth equipment providing. Evaluate suppliers’ productivity and technology plans, cooperated with purchasing team and key material users. Develop request for proposal. Conduct bid analysis. Develop and manage vendor relationships. Position Requirement: Bachelor of Engineering Degree, or above (preferable in mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable engineering discipline), MBA will be a plus 10-15 years of relevant work experience in sales or sourcing/purchasing in Chinese Mine industry Main focus on Mine equipment International sourcing experience is preferred Hands on experience on project management Deep knowledge of the Chinese market in the field of Mine equipment Strong negotiation skills Be process oriented Contractual knowledge Good knowledge of the Chinese Mine equipment standards Substantial and relevant Quality Control experience and knowledge Proficient in both oral&written English, other European Languages (French, German, etc.) would be a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill Capable of working independently, strong sense of responsibility Ability to work in groups with team collaboration Willing to travel regularly Good references 联系方式： .
