Job Description Presales support for industry standard servers, storage and related solutions. The tasks of these engineers could include one or more of the following: Communicating with customers to understand current IT solutions Diagnosing and resolving customer’s issues in their IT system Evaluating customer’s IT Planning and making suggestions for their improvement Helping and consulting customers to construct IT infrastructure Customizing software or hardware Answering technical questions Running on-site workshops or training programs for clients. Answer phone calls from users, in order to resolve specific problems proposal/bid /testing support Qualifications 1. Bachelor"s or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. 2. Must possess a minimum of 3+ years previous Tech Support experience, pc server, storage, Windows, linux and database knowledge and support experience could be preferred. 3.
