We would like to invite potential candidates to be part of our Global IT Team based in our Regional Headquarter in Shanghai, to support our pool of users in the Asia Pacific Region. Key responsible areas: Be part of the Global Network Services Group (ISN) to provide 1st level operational support and technical maintenance to our Enterprise Communication Network in the Asia Pacific region which largely consist of: LAN, WAN and Partner-Interconnection Network PABX System and VoIP Network Monitoring of Network Utilization and usage. Managing physical LAN infrastructure and server room housekeeping. Maintain documentation of network diagram, configuration and procedures. To assist and participate in project implementations such as new office infrastructure design and setup. Liaising between with customer, telecommunication provider and building maintenance team Requirements: Bachelor degree with major in Information Technology or related disciplines Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a MNC Company. Extensive exposure to the WAN and LAN technologies including DDN, IPLC, Frame Relay, IP-VPN. Technical experience in configuring router and switches. Understanding of layer 2, layer 3 protocols and QoS management Experience in Nortel/Cisco network product and Siemens PABX is highly preferred. A self-started, committed, patience and responsible character Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other foreign language such as German, Korean or Japanese would be an added advantage Able to work under time pressure, attentive to details and proper documentation. 联系方式： We look forward to receiving your online application.
