Guide Subcontractor to provide Quality report. 2. Work in Subcontractor site to check their process quality control, Material Quality control. 3. Conduct FMEA and work out control plan together with Subcontractor. 4. Check all the documentations of quality control are compliant with the standard. 5. Work with Subcontractor, and release new products. 6. Perform the Process audit of Subcontractor. 7. Push continuous quality improvement of Subcontractor. Qualifications: 1. Reliability test experiences is must.(候选人必须具备可靠性测试经验） 2. Bachelor degree in engineering or technical area 3. More than 5 years as quality engineer, especially for manually production experience. 4. Familiar with quality tools and statistical technology 5. Good writing and oral English skill 6. Good computer Skill 7. Experience on supplier quality assurance 8.
