PFC works in close collaboration with GPM on the follow-up of sales, costs and margins, and ensures the implementation of financial policies for the projects. Offer control Validate the initial project income statement (IPIS) at project handover Update forecasts based on periodic requirements following RU China policy or based on triggering events in the project. Timely assess risks and opportunities and address to project management and functional manager Establish criteria, methodology and milestones for revenue recognition applying relevant ALU Group policy. Define the adequate WBS structure with GPM for the best contractual and financial follow-up and correct cost tracking. Follows-up the finance tasks dealing with domestic projects. Cooperates with Project Team and BD Management Control departments. Prepares the periodic Project Review and the Margin Follow-Up in close cooperation with GPM. Responsible for the financial reporting for actual cost, the major cost variation detected to completion and cash position, updates margins at completion and related reserves. Monitor the project sales/cost/margin risk on a monthly basis.
