Position Title:Chief Information Officer Reports to:Chief Executive Officer and IT Program Manager Location:Inner Mongolia, China The incumbent will deploy and manage technology to support the MFI’s business strategy to include enterprise, branch, and desktop software applications, data center, network infrastructure, voice and data communications, and disaster recovery. Responsibilities: 路Monitor, manage, and enhance the MFI’s technical infrastructure to improve critical business drivers, minimize maintenance costs, and maximize uptime; 路Plan, analyze, and deploy new technology projects to increase revenue and gross margins, and reduce operating costs; 路Establish and manage operating metrics for IT group; 路Manage the IT support and operations staff; and 路Manage relationships with IT vendors to achieve cost goals. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 路In depth knowledge of corporate and retail banking infrastructure. 路Familiarity with enterprise application implementation, integration, and management. 路Proven ability to manage 7x24 operations for banking, call centers, and transaction processing. 路Ability to bridge business strategy and operational drivers with IT capabilities. 路Superior project management and people management skills. 路Superior Knowledge of English and Mandarin. Requirements: 路Bachelor Degree in Computer Science. 路Extensive banking IT management experience. 路Prior Enterprise application integration experience. 路Previous budgetary responsibility, preferably including P responsibility. 路Business process and application integration experience. .
