职位类别： 市场/市场拓展/公关 工作地点： 广州 发布日期： 2007-12-21 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 管理经验： 是 职位描述/要求： Principle Responsibilities: - Upon going through an initial training&indoctrination program, undertake the following up of new project opportunities in selected environmental services areas including green field development or acquisition of: municipal solid waste management facilities (landfill, waste-to-energy, transfer station, landfill gas-to-power, waste to methane to power projects and other comprehensive treatment facilities), hazardous&special waste management (industrial hazardous waste recycling, treatment and final disposal, medical waste management), waste water management projects (sewage treatment, industrial waste water treatment), environmental remediation, combined cement manufacturing waste destruction&material reuse program, recycling parks for metal, plastics, hazardous®ulated waste (waste oil, electronic scraps etc.) - Compile initial visit reports and progress reports on each project in Chinese and/or English language. Identify competition, critical issues, development hurdles and bottlenecks and internal resources requirements in moving forward. Perform SWOT and other analysis on our participation and competition strategies. Work closely with technical and financial personnel to evaluate technical and financial options and feasibilities. Make recommendations to management on project development plan and time-line. Provide assumptions for technical decisions and project financial pro-forma and analysis. - Co-ordinate and lead project development team comprise of technical, financial and possibly legal personnel to deliver proposals to management. Spearhead negotiation and finalization of contracts and agreements on specific projects in accordance with criteria and bottom-lines agreed or established by management. Position Requirements: - Bachelor degree and above with major in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or relevant disciplines. - At least 5 years relevant working experience, environmental service field experience a definite plus. - Ability to deal with government officials at various levels. - Critical thinking skill a must. - Excellent negotiation and influence skills. - Excellent command of written skills both in English and Chinese. 联系方式： .
