The position will be based in Shanghai with moderate travel within China required. Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include; Development of Retail Finance&Insurance strategic goals and implementation plans Assessment and evaluation of training needs for Dealers and align with company objectives Develop and implement the training strategy to meet the training needs for Dealers Coordinate with Asia Pacific Regional Office to develop training materials and identify training resources to assist dealers in presenting and selling finance and insurance products Working with Ford Automotive Finance S Managers to identify training needs of Dealer Account Managers (DAM) Develop and deliver training programs to DAM"s to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to support and drive the Dealers Implement Financial Services Manager selling model within targeted dealerships Develop and maintain measurement reporting for Dealer F processes Analyze competitor actions and strategic intent Research and develop sales and marketing initiatives in coordination with Regional and Marketing Managers We Are Looking For Candidates Who; Hold a University Degree in Marketing, Finance or other relevant field (MBA is preferred) More than 5 years relevant working experience in finance or insurance institution Preferably have prior automotive financial services experience. If not available, the candidate should have a sales, marketing or operational background in a relevant industry.
