The position will be based in Shanghai with moderate travel within China required. Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include; Development of Retail Finance&Insurance strategic goals and implementation plans Assessment and evaluation of training needs for Dealers and align with company objectives Develop and implement the training strategy to meet the training needs for Dealers Coordinate with Asia Pacific Regional Office to develop training materials and identify training resources to assist dealers in presenting and selling finance and insurance products Working with Ford Automotive Finance S Managers to identify training needs of Dealer Account Managers (DAM) Develop and deliver training programs to DAM"s to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to support and drive the Dealers Implement Financial Services Manager selling model within targeted dealerships Develop and maintain measurement reporting for Dealer F processes Analyze competitor actions and strategic intent Research and develop sales and marketing initiatives in coordination with Regional and Marketing Managers We Are Looking For Candidates Who; Hold a University Degree in Marketing, Finance or other relevant field (MBA is preferred) More than 5 years relevant working experience in finance or insurance institution Preferably have prior automotive financial services experience. If not available, the candidate should have a sales, marketing or operational background in a relevant industry. Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management Exhibits high levels of integrity, is self disciplined and proactive Ability to negotiate and influence Strong organisational skills (ability to prioritize assignments; ability to organise and run effective meetings) Creative and Strategic thinking with the ability to identify alternative solutions to issues Strong written and oral communication skills (Strong Chinese; English proficient) Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) 联系方式: Candidates are expected to send their resume to the following email address: FAFCHR@ford.com Please indicate the position you are applying for.
