ְλÀà±ð£º ¼ÆËã»úÈí¡¢Ó²¼þ/»¥ÁªÍø/IT ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ÉîÛÚ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2007-12-14 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 3-5Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ְλÔÂн£º ÃæÒé ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º 1ÈË ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Job Description: The IT Business Analyst on the Global Manufacturing IT team will be responsible for transforming customer requirements into system solutions for the multiple environments and applications used in our HDD head and media manufacturing lines. Responsible also for maintaining the high reliability of and the implemention of improvements to the IT environment supporting manufacturing focusing on our Shop Floor control systems and associated up- and down-stream applications. Daily application of deep understanding of manufacturing execution system best-practices and standards. Leadership, documentation, attention to details and excellent communications skills are a must. Participate in numerous projects aimed at replacing / improving / consolidating of current manufacturing IT environment. This includes both hardware refresh activities, compute facilities consolidation, migration to new software platforms and consolidation of our application/server base. This person should also be deeply familiar with IT industry standard methodologies and governance models to be able to be successful with these types of projects. In addition this person will provide on-going direct or collaborative support for existing MES platform and associated applications. The candidate for this position must be able to coordinate WW site IT maintenance and upgrade needs with the appropriate resources in our Global IT community. Qualifications: - Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related fields - 5+ years experience in HDD head and media manufacturing IT development, implementation and support of manufacturing process and tools - Background in working in a true global manufacturing environment - Thoroughly experienced with Camstar"s InSite or MESA products, including Automation Toolkit and Resource Module - Demonstrated strong problem-solving ability with strong English verbal, written communication and formal presentation skills - Willingness to do international travel for short periods of time - Working knowledge of the following programming languages: VC++, C#, .Net, ASP.Net, Altas/Ajax, Java, SQL - Knowledge of IBM Websphere and IBM DB2 v8 or v9 is a plus - Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, programming and process modeling in Camstar InSite ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º µØÖ·£ºÉîÛÚÊÐÁú¸ÚÇø½õÐåÎ÷·3001ºÅ Óʱࣺ518118 ´«Õ棺89596001 µç×ÓÐÅÏ䣺 china.jobs@hitachigst.com ¹«Ë¾ÍøÖ·£º http://www.hitachigst.com .
