Products may be manufactured by Agilent or another company. Utilizes standard equipment to calibrate a range of Agilent products. Demonstrates practical application of basic electronic principles and of measurement techniques. Performs some manual calibrations. Tests, repairs and performs preventive maintenance, utilizing a wide range of standard test and diagnostic equipment. Applies full repair strategy as set forth in product support plans. Demonstrates basic knowledge of systems/infrastructure/ internal data systems. Relays problems, errors in documentation, and inability to test as described to supervisor. May require some higher education or specialized training/certification. No prior experience required. May have up to 4 years related experience. Preferably area knowledge.
