职位类别： 财会/审计/统计 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2007-12-04 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 管理经验： 否 职位描述/要求： Project Financial Controller (PFC) is responsible for the financial report&cost control of domestic projects from their signature to the end of the implementation phase on all finance aspects. PFC works in close collaboration with GPM on the follow-up of sales, costs and margins, and ensures the implementation of financial policies for the projects. Offer control Validate the initial project income statement (IPIS) at project handover Update forecasts based on periodic requirements following RU China policy or based on triggering events in the project. Timely assess risks and opportunities and address to project management and functional manager Establish criteria, methodology and milestones for revenue recognition applying relevant ALU Group policy. Define the adequate WBS structure with GPM for the best contractual and financial follow-up and correct cost tracking. Follows-up the finance tasks dealing with domestic projects. Cooperates with Project Team and BD Management Control departments. Prepares the periodic Project Review and the Margin Follow-Up in close cooperation with GPM. Responsible for the financial reporting for actual cost, the major cost variation detected to completion and cash position, updates margins at completion and related reserves. Monitor the project sales/cost/margin risk on a monthly basis. Compliance with all SOX requirements linked to project controlling Project Financial Controller reports functionally to BD Controller of the respective function (solid line) and with dotted line to Project Manager Requirements: 1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above 2.Major in: Finance / Accounting / Financial Management 3.Working experience: At least 2-3 year experience in financial management / cost control / accounting (experience in telecommunication / construction industry / project financial control preferred); 4.Computer skill: Microsoft office, SAP. 5.Language ability: Good communication skill in Chinese&English 联系方式： hr14@uniland.net.cn .
