Position Requirements (Education/ knowledge, ability): -Age 25 to 35 -College / vocational school graduate with major in Electrics&Mechanics 、 Mechanics or related major -3 years work experience in lathe machining; - Experience in operation of lathe with SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840 D, HEIDENHAIN TNC 426/430 M systems, experience in SKODA large size lathe will be necessary /plus; - High level operator license will e plus; - Familiar/Proficient in drawing, machining process, cutting know how, cutter; - Familiar/Proficient in lathe structure and mechanical know how. - English as communication language to engineer necessary or to be learned -Willingness for temporarily visits to oversea plants and also other plants for education or preparation of line transfer worldwide is a precondition -Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments. -Good service for process ， strong innovation and work sense. -Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice. 岗位职责 1 ）操作人员按对应图号、零件代号、对应加工机床、用户名称和更改日期等信息进行生产加工； 2 ）做好交接班，生产数据记录统一集中管理； 3 ）及时地对机床的加工进行监控及工艺过程常规问题诊断； 4 ）负责加工检查、生产记录和归档等工作，确保产量和质量目标的实现； 5) 为新产品试制提供必要条件； 6) 现场 5S 维护。 岗位要求 1 、年龄 25-35 岁 2 、机电、机械或相关专业学校或 专 科毕业； 3 、 3 年以上 车床加工经验 ； 4 、熟悉 带 HEIDENHAIN TNC 426/430 M 或 SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840 D 加工设备经验及 有技师证优先；有操作 SKODA 大型加工中心经验者优先考虑； 5 、熟悉车床 CA6140 6 、熟悉机械制图、工艺、切削、刀具和 车 床结构； 7 、能用英语联络工作； 8 、能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差； 9 、良好的合作和沟通能力； 10 、具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情； 11 、根据公司需求和事先书面通服从工作的调整与培训。 联系方式： .
