职位类别： 商务/采购/贸易 工程机械 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2007-08-09 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 管理经验： 否 职位描述/要求： 世界著名空调设备及制冷产品制造集团亚太采购中心诚意聘请英文沟通流利，暖通或制冷专业本科以上学历，空调及制冷行业至少3年以上经验的高级全球采购专员： Senior Strategic Buyer RESPONSIBILITY: Under the direction of the VP OF Global Sourcing Asia , the Strategic buyer is responsible for source selection and price negotiation for productive materials , insuring that supplier with the best quality materials ,at the most competitive price are selected ,and to support developing new ,more competitive sources strategically. This position will be responsible for assigned commodities. -Work on cost reduction projects. -Negotiate Productive Materials pricing with supplier and contractural agreements as needed. -Work on outsourcing projects on a global basis. -Maintain productive supplier relations. -Work on insourcing projects. -Responsible for PPV Results and Forecasting. -Negotiate returnable container projects with supplier. -Attend product shows and seminars as deemed necessary by the VP,Global Purchasing. -Review market shifts on capacity ,pricing and currency exchange rates. -Research and interview prospective supplier. -Work on improving supplier quality processes and product quality . -Set and achieve personal goals annually. -Use the Internet for sourcing and negotiations through the Reverse Auction process. -Visit current and potential suppliers to facilitate strategic relationships. -Write and present monthly global reports. -Assist in establishing cost standards. -Properly report all price changes using PCRF form. -Direct activities of the Assistant Buyers, train, and develop their purchasing skills. -All other duties as assigned by the Director Global Sourcing China or VP, Global Souring. REQUIREMENT: -BS degree or above -Has working experience in relative commodities. -Good communication skills. -Fluent English in both oral and written English -Familiar with ISO9001 requirements -Familiar with MRP system . -Good knowledge of document control and project development procedure control -At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment, preferable from Home Appliance. 联系方式： chris.luk@talent-union.com .
