职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 商务/采购/贸易 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2007-08-10 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 管理经验： 否 职位描述/要求： 世界著名发动机及其部件制造集团亚太采购中心诚意聘请熟悉汽车发动机及其组件采购业务并具备汽车行业5以上工作经验的高级采购专家： Sr.Sourcing Specialist - Engine Business Unit Location:Shanghai Key responsibilities: -Search and evaluate new World Class suppliers within the East Asia IPO Region. -Work closely with the sourcing teams in the B.U. Purchasing organizations providing mature established supplier partner in all aspects of cost, quality, delivery and relationships. -Establish and maintain cross-functional linkage with Plant’s worldwide and JVs to assure effective sharing of sourcing information. -Follow and complete RFQ with right source, TCO analysis, price negotiation and support development of sourcing strategy through regular communications both written and telephone with sourcing teams. -Ensure suppliers have appropriate quality systems, audit effectiveness, supplier source release,drive corrective action plans and supplier process improvement. -Lead and assist suppliers in Prototype production, APQP and PPAP -Work with the East Asia JV supply base to offer opportunity to supply Company Worldwide. Requirement: -Bachelor degree or above majoring in engineering or relevant field. -At least 5 years working experience among which minimum 3 to 4 years quality experience and minimum 1 to 2 years international purchasing/trade experience in multinational company. -Foundry experience, iron and aluminum casting experience is a must, automotive industry experience is preferred. -Proficient in auditing quality system, sound knowledge of QS9000 and TS16949. -Excellent English is a must and good Japanese is a plus. -Excellent computer skills, especially in excel and PowerPoint. -Self starter, able to make decisions and work with minimal supervision to deliver agreed results. -Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work through all levels of organization, internal and external. -Travel Required: 40% domestic 联系方式： chris.luk@talent-union.com .
