You live and breathe Action Scripting and you are always pushing yourself in terms of your skill set and expertise of this programming language. You are someone who fully understands graphics and the overall design goal of a project. Key objectives and responsibilities of role Work hand-in-hand with creative director, designers and other programmers to create rich internet applications using the Flash MX and .Net development environment. Develop and present mockups and prototypes while working against aggressive schedules. Apply your advanced ActionScript skills to rapidly develop multiple applications. Required skills and experience: Expert level skills in building dynamic, interactive web applications with object-oriented ActionScript coding in Flash, including: functions, arrays, prototyping, movie clips, sending and loading XML, global variables, coding in multiple levels, knowledge of how to use flash to talk with Databases and Flash Media Server, etc. Creativity is an absolute must! Our development team is constantly in need of portable, unique and sustainable solutions. Attention to detail - willingness to develop and test in a rigorous cycle until a solution is achieved. Creative problem solving. YOU think of solutions to any given problem.
