He/she is responsible for requirements analysis and system architecture design for access equipments. Task: Customer requirement analysis, discuss with customers, and R System requirements specification definition based on Product Line management, customers, standards and trends System architecture design, documents, validate, maintain Product cost, development cost and effort estimation Coaches/Supports the development team during implementation Keeps pace with new technologies, directions and the latest industry, identify the technology trends and product/feature strategy and roadmap Contribute to standardization work internationally and for China Education: Bachelor degree or higher Major in Computer Science and/or telecommunications networks/technology Knowledge: -Excellent knowledge of POTS, ISDN, H.248, SIP, IMS, TISPAN etc. -Excellent knowledge of IP network technology. -Good knowledge of Programming Languages C/C++. -Good knowledge of Linux Experience: Above 5 years of working experience in telecom or data communication network equipment development. Above 2 years large project experience and software architecture/system engineering experience. Above 2 years of VoIP equipment developing experience, the experience in access gateway is preferred.
