职位类别： 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 工作地点： 苏州 发布日期： 2007-11-01 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 管理经验： 是 职位描述/要求： Job Description -Ability to build whole manufacture team and involve whole start up process and conduct training for associates. -Planning manufacture scheme based on business and product strategy -To lead the manufacturing department on day to day operations. -To lead manufacturing team to achieve safety, productivity, quality, and cost targets. -To oversee and manage the manufacturing operations, and ensure production schedule attainment and quality requirements. -Deal with day to day operational problems including production. -Develop a performing team and continuously improvement culture to meet safety standards, productivity targets, quality improvement with reasonable cost. Manage people, quality issues etc, track the root cause, and make improvement actions to avoid similar issues in future. -Act as the change leader, and continuously drive the productivity improvement through lean initiatives. -Actively participate the problem solving process, and continuously drive quality improvement. -Coordinate with Quality and Engineering department etc on daily operation issues, and drive the results. -Coaching the general supervisors and area managers, and improve team competence. -Effectively manage your material supply chain. Reduce inventory by managing purchase orders, executing and modifying kanbans, and consuming excess material. Minimize production delays caused by material shortages through proper management of buyers and suppliers. Requirements: -Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in Engineering, with at least 8 years experience in manufacturing areas and at least 5 years in managerial level at big multinationals. -Familiarity with machining and assembly processes -Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques -Very high level of communication&interpersonal skill, motivate employees, generate work output through his staff. -High level of analytic ability, good problem solving skill, and desire for continuous improvement. -Lean manufacture and CIP experience in multinational company -Knowledgeable of QS 9000, Lean Manufacturing Systems and Visual Management will be absolutely a plus. -Strong sense of responsibility/accountability and team work spirit, understand how to develop a performing team. -Strong result orientation, showing Leadership by Examples, and can work individually under high pressure. -Fluent English skill both oral and written --- CET 6 grade recommended. 联系方式： 电子邮箱： nlv@flowserve.com 地 址： 陆家嘴环路1233号汇亚大厦1005室 邮政编码： 200120 联 系 人： 人力资源部 公司网站： www.flowserve.com .
