职位描述(Job Descriptions)： 1.Assist PM engineer for building maintenance of the site. 协助维护工程师完成楼宇维修工作。 2.Check building facilities on time to ensure construction and decoration quality meet PPG requirement. Ensure all the project meet EHS requirement and timely delivery. Do COBQ (cost of bad quality) track if need. 按计划检查楼宇设施，保证建筑物和内部装修设施达到公司要求的标准。确保所有项目按期完成，符合公司环境、健康、安全的要求。 3.Responsible for bidding for small project , supervise the service quality of contractors. 负责小项目的招标工作，以及现场监理，保证工程达到公司要求的标准。 4.Finish other works arranged by PM engineer. 完成维护工程师安排的其他工作。 职位要求(Job Requirements)： 1.Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems. 必须达到公司质量体系以及环境、健康、安全系统的要求。 2.Three years working experience of industry facility or maintenance ; 3年以上工厂设施管理经验。 3.Be familiar with related facility principle (building, civil, water supply&sewerage...etc.) 熟悉工厂设施系统，包括土建、楼宇、给排水等。 4.Hard working and like service others. 工作勤奋，乐于从事服务性工作。 .
