We have positions currently open: Account Director (requires 5 years of relevant experience, 4A agency preferred) What is in this for you? - Join a fast growing advertisement agency. - Work in a challenging environment where good work is appreciated and recognized! What will you be doing? - Responsible for strategic planning. - As key driver of the account, your responsibility is to develop the existing business, achieving targets, and guiding both the strategy and creative development. - Establish a strong rapport with the client, from which you will be able to develop great creative work that achieves the client ’ s objectives, and assists you in further developing the business. - Provide daily supervision to account team, which include training, coaching, mentoring and performance reviews. - You should seek to develop and identify new financial and creative opportunities, and spend your time adding value and selling new ideas to clients and helping your team achieve its objectives - In the creative development process, you need set the strategy, agree the brief and then overview the process. - You are responsible for the forecasting and financial management the finances of your account.
