职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2007-11-07 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 管理经验： 是 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: 1.Support industrial project manager for project implementation 2.Yield and cost target 3.SMT process control plan, specification and release (including panel) 4.Manufacturing process define and setup 5.Recommendation and decision for new technologies 6.Develop design for manufacturing rule for optimal process result 7.Work with EMS and project team on SMT process 8.New manufacturing site transfer and setup 9.To verify PCB layout during proto run and pilot run 10.Execute design changes / process changes until DPM target is reached 11.SMT process&production documentation and database deliver 12.Weekly activities progress summary report for section manager 13.Documentation for database Requirements: 1.BS degree/diploma in a related Engineering discipline (manufacturing / industrial / mechanical / electronic) 2.Minimum 5 years SMT experience in a high volume electronics manufacturing environment 3.Required skills: Flex Circuit Assembly / COB / SMT processes, 6 sigma, SPC, FMEA, DOE, Product transfer and ISO9000/TS16949 Quality System 4.Experience in under filling process highly preferred 5.Experience in clean room environment will be an added advantage 6.Responsible for yield improvement, process control&problem solving 7.Hands-on experience on managing a technical team in the SMT process, driving equipment, process and quality related programs 8.Self-driven, a team player&achiever 9.Ability to work independently&willingness to work long hours and to run shifts if required 10.Able to write, read and speak in English fluently 联系方式： Please send your resume, stating current and expected salary to : Email: sha.talent@cn.flextronics.com .
