(region specific) Manage work across functions, departments or business operations. Provides strategic leadership across functional areas Requires BA/BS or equivalent plus 12+ years of related work experience in Facilities Operations and Property Management. Must have applicable experience in contract management and negotiation. Must have experience in multiple building and site operations management. Provides leadership and prior experience in managing other Facility Managers. Guides strategic planning and management for area.In addition to level II. Comprehensive knowledge of multiple technical and business disciplines. Applies expert knowledge and understanding of all facilities services functions, systems and the interdependencies of such systems; Participates in planning, developing and implementing of facilities services improvements. Extensive knowledge and experience in facilities services field. Understands Cisco""s internal customers needs and how they affect client group""s processes and deliverables; responsible for achieving results that may affect deadlines. Responsible for region WPR leadership. creat A Shared Vision Focus On Your People Influence Through Applied Knowledge Drive For Results Build Business Partnerships Influence Through Superior People Focus On The Customer Build High Performance Teams External Job Description : Reporting directly to the Theatre Director, this role will be the most senior representative for WPR China and key interface for our clients, employees, and partners. Primary responsibilities include relationship management for China based business clients, and planning, resource management, and execution of day to day WPR operational responsibilities to deliver the required business results. This role requires extensive direct management of deliverables, while acting as the leader for all delivery efforts in the China region. The successful candidate will be expected to manage partner resources, vendors, and Cisco employees assigned to the region. There are five major areas of responsibility expected of this role: 1) Client Account Management (CAM): Proficiency and track record in the area of CAM is expected. This segment of the role is very key in building effective relationship with our business clients based in China . Candidate will be expected to listen, understand, assist in development, and articulate WPR value propositions to business clients and vice versa. This role is expected to interact with the senior executives residing in the China region. Role is required to creatively and effectively handle difficult client issues, excellent at the fiduciary governance, quickly grasps business issues that are key to the client, and remains proactive in the client’s business so that feedback to the client on their business and processes is valued. 2) Program/Project Management: The senior GeoCAM will have a proficiency in the area of program/project management, including multi million dollar programs/projects of significant complexity. Role may be assigned different programs to deliver from time to time, including programs that go beyond China region. High level discipline and skills in program/project management e.g. work breakdown analysis, quality management, communication, planning, scheduling, cost management, delivery issue resolution, etc are expected. Candidates with PMI certification would be viewed favorably. 3) Service Provider (Partner) Management: Proficiency in managing Service Providers or Partners is expected of this role, especially in the area of driving alignment, partner goal setting, translating WPR business level strategy to our partners and effectively managing partner execution. Experience in contracts and procurement processes is required to compliment the efforts of the regional procurement team lead by Strategic Partner Management function. The SPM group will have input to performance measures, metrics and will provide advisory to the GeoCAM team in all aspects related to the Services Management and Partner Service Level Management. 4) Real Estate: A thorough knowledge of Real Estate processes and the elements that make a successful transaction is required. Strong, direct local market experience would be an advantage. This position will work with regional Real Estate SME team regarding real estate transaction performance and will be expected to adhere to the process around critical dates to ensure timely and effective results are achieved in obtaining space and or other objective associated with sites and locations within the managed region. Direct experience in real estate negotiation would be advantages but not essential. Expect to assist in site selection, evaluation and act as local interface for real estate management as required to articulate the real estate alternatives, pros / cons to the business clients as well as the ability to drive completion of strategic plans related to Real Estate in the region with peer groups. 5) Finance: Demonstrated acumen in finance concepts, budget management, and direct experience in managing P of a CRE department would be viewed favorably. Hands on experience in executing financial modeling to carry out fact based financial&qualitative explanations in support of CRE decision is required. Simple financial modeling / analysis includes Net Present Value, ROI calculations and other qualitative data analysis methods that may be appropriate.
