Establish productive team with good performance and morale. Successfully achieve sales target on the condition of complying with the company’s policy. Participate in staff recruitment and responsible for people development as well as performance management and coaching. Build up and maintain smooth communication. Leadership, team work, positiveness. Good communication, planning and organizing skills. University degree or above. Other qualifications required: At least two years working experience on a position of sales management for multinational pharmaceutical companys. Excellent skills in performance management and people development.
