职位类别： 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2007-10-25 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 管理经验： 否 职位描述/要求： Responsibility: Hardware engineers for a leading MNC to develop lamp ballasts/drivers - Design CFL/LFL/HID ballasts from concept to the launch to mass production - Qualify and improve sourced ballasts - Analyze test failures and validate corrective actions during design and qualification phases - Circuit modeling/analysis, PCB design, Component selection, - Testing (Functional, EMC, reliability etc.) Requirements: Master degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with one year plus power electronics design experience Or Bachelor degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 3 years plus experience in ballast design Good understanding on power electronics circuit Good verbal and written English. Frequent user of common electrical measurement equipments Able to prioritize complicated tasks to ensure program delivery Energetic team player with good interpersonal skills. Quick learner and keen problem solver. Good understanding of PCB circuit design&manufacturing Skilled in soft wares (like Protel 99, Orcard, power PCB, MATLAB, Pspice etc.,) Exposure to international Electronics/product safety standards Desired: Master or Ph.D. Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 3 years plus experience Proficient in using Pspice/Matchcad to analyze power electronics circuit In-depth knowledge of product reliability and manufacturability Demonstrated success in designing power products and launching into mass production. Understanding of six sigma or other statistical process control Familiar with selection of electronics components based on design requirement and cost target.
