You will be responsible for creating test plans and test cases based on the provided user stories, use cases, and other documentation. You will contribute to the requirement development by reviewing requirement documentation and you will be expected to help designers improve the functionality requirements by giving them helpful feedback. You will ensure the generation of test data sets by working with development groups. You will implement, supervise and approve all aspects of product verification, including Functional, Structural, Regression, Load, Integration and System Testing, Document, Troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing. You will also oversee the implementation of various tests including Automated Test or Manual Test, Black Box or White Box Tests, Reliability, Usability, Stress, Performance, User Interface, Usability, and other types of testing as appropriate. You will work closely with the Development groups and IT Group, assisting them to generate and interpret tests data by establishing system metrics and then make recommendations to improve quality and performance. Occasionally you will generate (hand-coded or recording base) fully automated test suites using open source tools such as JMeter, JUnit, Cactus, or Commercial tools (Mercury, Borland/Segue, IBM/Rational). You must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. You must feel comfortable in working in an outsourced development model in which we rely on external programming (and sometime testing) resources heavily, and a distributed global development environment in which the designers, programmers, and testers might be based in different countries, with totally different cultures. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. We do not require perfect verbal English but you must dare to speak to anyone for discussing your job when it is necessary. Qualification Bachelor degree or higher 2+ years experience as software or web quality assurance manager, or senior QA engineer or tester. CET level 4 or higher. Extensive and profound knowledge on Internet, web, Windwos, IE/Firefox, HTML and one of popular Internet programming languages.
