职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2007-10-19 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 管理经验： 否 职位描述/要求： An ACOUSTICS TEST ENGINEER Resposibilities include: * Establishing overall test product and platform strategy *Solving Test and DFM issues and provides feedback to NPI groups *Initiates and drives solutions *Defines TTQV goals and provide test coverage feedback to Design Engineers *Reviews Diagnostic test coverage with Design Engineers *Responsible for overseeing the design and construction of production test platforms for use in manufacturing. *Manages the Development of Test and Diagnostic programs *Designs, procures and builds test fixtures and equipment for production test use *Identifies technologies required for new products *Leads teams, runs programs and manages projects *Typically trains and mentors TE III and IV""s *Expected to lead cross Functional/organization teams * Senior technical leader *Cross functional communication * Interpersonal and team skills *Conflict resolution * Decision making * Meeting deadlines * Global vision and planning *Strong presentation skills * Demonstrated program management and team leadership skills *Develops solutions to critical and long-term problems of a complex nature, which may require cross-functional/cross organizational issue resolution *Interface with HW/SW engineering in the early design stage of product development to understand acoustic requesting requirements *Preparing technical documentation including manufacturing test plan and acoustic test requirements *Lead manufacturing partners to design and deploy new acoustic test stations. *Establishes overall acoustic test strategy for IP phone, solves Test and DFM issues and provides feedback to NPI groups REQUIREMENTS: *Typically requires a BSEE, BSEET, BSCE or equivalent experience plus 10 years Functional Test Development Experience. *MSEE with 4+ years Test or Design experience preferred.Receives assignments in the form of objectives towards long-range fiscal year initiatives. *Acoustical experience in a MUST *Must be proficiency at audio test and measurement, including experience with Audio Precision test equipment. *Must understand the TIA established standard for the acoustic performance of the digital telephones *Must have experience in IP telephony and wireless communication technologies including WIFI phones and Bluetooth products 联系方式： alice.wu@zhaopin.com.cn vivian.xia@zhaopin.com.cn .
