职位类别： 市场/市场拓展/公关 美术/设计/创意 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2007-10-15 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 职位月薪： 面议 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 管理经验： 是 职位描述/要求： Key Responsibilities: -Develop and manage multiple marketing channels. -Work with school staff and franchises to develop and maintain comprehensive marketing support program. -Work with PR and advertising agencies, designers, printers and other vendors to support marketing activities. -Increase lead generation through verify of marketing initiatives. -Analyze marketing effectiveness data to improve and refine marketing initiatives continuously. -Full budget responsibilities. -Staff management responsibilities Candidate Background: 7-10 years work experience in marketing and at least 5 years experience in Consumer Marketing in a managerial position in fast-paced growth environment. Essential Skills/Experience: -Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit. -Proven ability to analyze and interpret data under changing conditions -Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure -Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges and provide solutions with minimal supervision -Be comfortable with proposing ideas, and able to follow up the ideas with plans and actions. -Able to manage a team of internal staff and outside vendors to support our schools marketing efforts. -Very hands on and want to get involved, especially when supporting activities outside the school. -Good communication and presentation skill. -Good computer skill, including proficiency in MS-Office Essential Education: Bachelor degree or above, MBA degree and oversea background are strongly preferred.
