The main areas we are developing software are automotive devices (car electronic, car information systems, car safety systems) and home appliances. Tasks: You will have the opportunity to use the full range of your professional experience to support the development of real time embedded software and applications. You will be responsible for success of the software delivery in time and in quality and also responsible for supporting the success of product launch. Role Responsibilities: - Interface with team lead, engineering team and peers in global organization especially in China and in Europe - Coordinate requirements, timeline and process aspects with the customer, define project plan and set up software schedule) - Take over leadership position in a team of SW-developers and motivate the team and coach the team members on a technical level, provide them with sufficient information. - Coordinate and responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and test Risk management, project tracking, defect tracking and escalates problems to the Line Management - Provide project status to team lead and periodically to line management - Assure the SW-development steps according to Siemens or customer defined processes Education: - Bachelor or above Job Language: EN Knowledge/Languages: - Good Knowledge and good overview of embedded software development processes and tools (e.g CMM, CM systems) - Good knowledge of programming languages C, C++, Assembly - English - fluent / advanced level in spoken and written Experience: - Over 5 years relevant professional project experience and over 3 years experience in project management of SW-development projects - Familiar with firmware development, preferred for Automotive ECUs development experience.
