Job description: Portfolio Engineering is a dedicated team of portfolio engineering resources chartered with the technical development of solutions. Specifically, this team will support solution and service development, standardization and incubation and produce reference architectures, conduct pre-integration and interoperability testing, and provide ongoing maintenance and support for the solutions and services. We will also provide a bridge between the market facing portfolio teams and the delivery facing teams. Our team is also responsible for the Service Configurator tool VoIP/Unified Communications Engineer Senior level Requirements: (a) Microsoft/Cisco Unified Communication Product/Protocol knowledge (b) Basic to Intermediate understanding of IP Telephony concepts including: o Primary architectural design components o Architecture scaling methods o Dialplan structures o Primary TDM-PBX to IP PBX migration phases (c) General knowledge of the VoIP support tools landscape (d) Excellent written and verbal English skills (e) Publishing experience in English .
