Participate in Netcool script development for high risk security applications. Do data modeling with UML tool. Requirements: - Conversant with IBM Tivoli Netcool script development for high risk security applications - 4-5 yearsofsoftware development experience, preferably in Telecom space - Knowledge of Oracle database i.e. PL/SQL is essential - Good communication skills (oral and written) in English, Chinese - Data modeling skills with UML tool - Java/J2EE web development experience - Telecom OSS/BSS understanding - Good work attitude and team player - Able to work under minimal supervision and result-oriented Willing to travel .
