职位描述/要求: 世界著名汽车电子及其零配件制造集团亚太中心诚意聘请八年以上人事管理经验,英文流利的中国区人事经理: China HR Manager Location:Shanghai Roles and responsibilities: -Develop and implement all human resource policies and program; -Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources programs; -Develop and execute compensation and benefits policies and procedures; -Foster effective communication between employees and management; -Responsible for recruitment and conduct interviews / selection of candidates; -Provide human resources training to employees; -Ensure sourcing of training for employees where external training is required; -Implement organizational development programs (performance management system, employee survey, organizational development, succession planning etc); -Conduct on-boarding training for new employees and leaders; -Control overall human resources budgets; -Create and maintain staff information records and personnel documents, such as job descriptions, employee handbook, managers handbook land employment records; -Conduct job evaluations and map according to global grade grid; -Conduct and participate in salary and benefits surveys; -Experienced in running payroll (in house or outsourced); -Interact with external consultants and government agencies; -Responsible for labor relations and dispute coordination. -Support terminations handled by managers in the organization; -Update the state labor policy and ensure the legal labor work. Requirements: -More than 8 years HR experience, familiar with HR system -Fluent oral and written English skills -Strong communication skills -Hands on experience is required in depth knowledge about running above processes required -Experience working with other cultures .
