职位描述/要求： Reporting to: Financial Controller, based in Shanghai Department: Finance&Accounting Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Accounting function for the business operation in North China. Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limit to: Lead the accounting team for overall accounting operations in North China. This includes supervising the service level, regular reports, monthly tax filing, cost control and system maintenance. Business planning, forecast, budgeting, monitoring the actual performance versus budgets and providing necessary control on cash flow. Supervise customer credit risk assessment and provide management with solution. Monitoring and reconciling inter-company transaction and balances in order to facilitate the group consolation process. Provide professional and effective support to business. Work with Financial controller accounting policies implementation and the internal control system improvement. Liaise with including, but not limited to Tax Bureau, Bank and external auditor. Training and supporting the finance department colleagues to improve the operation. .
